About

Krishna has 25 years of Global IT delivery experience managing large delivery, consulting and Transformation projects. He has worked in Banking and Insurance domains with experience synergizing delivery across multiple service lines including IT – Infra,  IT- BPO. 

 

Krishna brings a global leadership perspective with experience managing client relationship while in US and also owning delivery for teams and clients located across US, UK, APAC and India from India based roles. 

 

During his tenure in Cognizant and Infosys, Krishna has worked in various roles including Service delivery, P&L ownership, Account management, solutioning, pre-sales, new account setup and customer services.

 

Krishna is passionate about helping organizations in maximizing individual and collective potential of their leadership teams and create a thriving ecosystem. Recognized by clients and organizations alike, Krishna brings an empathetic, human-cantered approach that enables individuals to unlock their true potential.

 

Krishna’s engagements had been in the areas of Talent transformation and leadership elevation with focus on building strategic outlook, manage outcome, building agility and resilience.  While leveraging various industry proven frameworks as needed, he believes in holistic individual and team elevation through GROW and SCARF models.

 

Krishna is a ICF certified coach and also serves as a Board of Director – Technology for ICF Chennai chapter. He is also a certified Independent Director.  Outside of work, he is a sports enthusiast who enjoys playing badminton and volleyball, and maintains an active lifestyle through regular fitness routines.
