Working with the MD of an Electronics Company, part of a reputed Indian conglomerate, we helped shape their growth strategy. We institutionalised planning through a Strategic PMO and introduced governance approaches using the McKinsey 3 Horizon model to bring rhythm and discipline to execution. Further, the SLT was guided to implement the strategy by aligning their actions to their organizational goals.
