The Challenge
A leading global Fortune 500 Pharma company with presence across the globe. The client was looking for a comprehensive Assessment methodology for 44 of the top leaders (MD-1 and MD-2) as an input to their Organizational Developmental initiatives. The challenges faced by the client were:

The Approach
We customized our Immersive Assessment to suit the need of the client. We took a comprehensive approach to assessment that included the following:
