The Challenge
The client’s growth had stagnated due to a combination of market and structural headwinds:
New Investors in the company and a newly appointed CEO
Legacy organization structure with little collaboration and silo’ed views
Weak market positioning and lack of clear marketing communication
Lack of a performance-driven culture
