Immersive Leadership Assessment

The Challenge

The client is a large and growing IT services company. In order to cater to their growth expectations, all their service delivery leaders had to go through a learning initiative to assess their leadership capabilities and subsequently go through necessary enablement.

Our middle management pool has expressed a need for career development initiatives which will enhance their leadership effectiveness to work on stretch targets. Also enable a high-level visibility on their future growth prospects.

The Approach

Effilor delivered a comprehensive and immersive assessment of all service delivery leaders using a multi-modal methodology covering 7 core competencies and 8 behavioural competencies.

The assessment included detailed work-scenario based case studies that each service delivery leader would need to respond in writing.  The case study scenarios covered core and behavioural competencies.

A second stage 1-on-1 call with the service delivery leaders was scheduled to assess articulation and situational awareness.

Each service delivery leader was given a detailed report with inputs on each competency they were assessed on and recommended development areas.
