Aligning Business Strategy and developing IT

The Challenge

The largest Insurance company in Oman, having established themselves in the Oman markets, wanted aggressive growth via new businesses and new geographies. But were faced with key challenges that included:

  • Current IT landscape was not scalable

  • The IT Strategy and roadmap were not aligned to the business strategy

  • New technologies were not being leveraged for business growth & customer engagement

  • IT teams were not well equipped for successful implementations

Our legacy IT systems have helped organizational growth up to a point. But they are not in tune with the current market expectations – which is the basis of our current business strategy. We need an IT systems transformation that is aligned with our business strategy.
