Coaching for Senior Partners of Consulting Firm

The Challenge
The client was an early entrant into a fast growing and specialised CxO consulting business. The challenges faced were:

Developing leadership awareness & capabilities to be more effective in a multi-generational work environment

Enhancing leadership ability to balance individual growth & impact with organizational requirement to scale and grow as firm
To take the firm to the next level of reach, scaling organizational capability along with individual effectiveness.

The Approach
A key to enabling the firm’s growth aspirations, was to enhance leadership and behavioural competencies for L-1 leaders identified to take on next phase of the firm’s growth.
Effilor worked with the CEO and Talent leadership to define the coaching process, and baselined organizational goals for the assignment. Individual briefing and coaching chemistry sessions were then conducted to align individual leader’s feedback and self-assessment of areas of focus.
The leaders prepared an Individual Development Plan (IDP) and specific coaching goals, covering 3 to 5 behavioral areas, which were then addressed through a structured set of coaching sessions.
