The Challenge
The client is a global capability centre for a large health insurance company. Their Managers and Portfolio Leaders were challenged in the following areas

Task management focus leading to missed outcome management

Inconsistent and ineffective feedback communication

Inability to differentiate between goal setting and expectation setting
The Approach
Effilor delivered a change program for People Managers to develop a human centric mindset that drives high performance through outcome management and structured approaches to make performance feedback a year-round engagement rather than year-end activity.
An approach combining learning and coaching sessions, a series of workshops were conducted to:

Inculcate principles of leading teams with focus on outcomes rather than tasks

Develop a habit of setting behavioural expectations in addition to goal setting

Build a culture of high performance through structured feedback processes
Each Manager was coached to reflect on their learnings and convert them into an implementable action plan to change mindsets and behaviours for self as well as their teams.
