The client had recently grown to a $1B organization and had a vision to scale to $3B revenue in next 3 years. However, their middle management team needed reinforcement and enablement in the following areas to help scale the organization.

The Approach

Effilor delivered a phased and structured program covering all P&L owners in the middle management layer across the globe. This included leaders in account management and service delivery roles.
