The Challenge

The company was going through an Org structure change, ramp up of operations and the integration of it’s India operations with their European Parent Organization – all at the same time.

Individual accountability was low, with Teams needing to be told what to do.

Middle Management was too busy with operational issues and not enabling their teams to succeed.
The Approach
We took a human centered approach to introduce Agility as a way of working. Using a multi-modal approach including gamification, video based learning and Activity based coaching, the digital solutions team was not only introduced to Agile values but also cultural changes.

Coached Service Delivery Leaders on mindset change and the need to “step back” from daily task management.

Provided a framework for building trust in teams and enhance collaboration.

Helped Managers to understand Agile Values and put them to practice.
