Having led teams at Apple-IS&T, Wipro-Topcoder and McAfee before co-founding Effilor’s Agile Practice, Lakshmi is known for creating cultures where innovation thrives without chaos. She partners with founders and business leaders to operationalize agility, elevate quality and align execution with strategy.
