Ram brings over two decades of hands-on experience across a wide spectrum of consulting projects in India, Middle East & Sri Lanka. He has worked in diverse industry verticals such as Manufacturing, IT, Banking, Pharma etc spanning start-ups, SMEs and large organizations.
His consulting approach is rooted in developing customized solutions to enable organizational growth and evolution.
Ram seeks to blend first-principles thinking to well established frameworks to address client needs.
Ram’s engagements have been in the areas of organizational structuring, Talent Management Solutions (Performance Management – KRAs, KPIs, OKRs, Leadership Development & Employee Experience) and Rewards Management Solutions.
