He brings a unique global perspective based on working for extended periods particularly in the western markets in the US, UK, MEA, Europe and India.
Opportunities to solve wicked problems for clients and helping leadership grow authentically motivates him every day.
His core strength is in connecting the dots between Strategy, Culture, Behaviours and competencies in large and complex organizations.
He loves his fitness through regular running, swimming and yoga. He is also an avid reader often quoting from the 16 to 20 books that he reads every year.
He also believes in giving back to the society and is keenly involved in various social activities particularly in education and elderly care.
He earned his bachelor's degree in engineering from NIT, Bhopal on full government scholarship. He is also certified practitioner of Blue Strategy.
